Do the treatments hurt?
Most treatments use very fine needles, with numbing cream where it helps, so any discomfort is usually minimal. We work at your pace and check in with you throughout.
How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment and on you. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months and dermal fillers 6–18 months. We'll give you honest, realistic timelines at your consultation.
Is there any downtime?
Many treatments have little to no downtime, though some redness or minor swelling for a day or two is normal. We'll explain exactly what to expect and give you clear aftercare advice.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every treatment starts with a relaxed, no-pressure consultation — complimentary for the first 15 minutes — so we understand your goals and make sure a treatment is right and safe for you.
Are the treatments safe, and are you qualified?
Your safety comes first. Treatments are carried out by a trained, fully insured practitioner using a clinical-grade, single-use, sharps-safe setup. If a treatment isn't right for you, we'll tell you.
